Met the BBK's for speed work.  We ran 3 warm up miles and then did 2 x 1/2 mile repeats, 1 x 2 mile @ 1/2 marathon pace (ended up being more like 10K pace) and then 1200 meters with a 400 meter recovery.  I felt great today - FINALLY!  I hope it is a sign of things to come.

YEAH!!! I am so glad you were feeling GREAT! You were clippin' today, it was tough trying to keep up with you ladies, even during the warm-up (in fact, I did not keep up during that fast warm up!!)
