Met the BBK for our work out today. I went for the extra mileage at 5:15 but also had to leave early today. The first part of our work out was a 3 mile tempo run with lots of hills, I am still taking in pretty easy because of my leg so my tempo was slow paced but still the hills were difficult. My goal is to just stay healthy and get through Boston. Ave Pace 8:57 Happy Running!
