I had originally planned for a tempo workout today but woke up not feeling well at all and convinced myself that I could take it easy if I still felt bad after 2 miles. Warmed up for 2 miles and then ran hills (there are lots where I live) for the rest of the mileage. I ended up feeling pretty good and pushed, not quite to tempo pace, but not to bad with the hills. Workout splits: 8:39, 8:51, 8:46, 8:45
