I am completely frustrated with yesterday.  I had to go to Seattle for work on Sunday and I came home on the first flight on Monday, 6:00 am, so I had to leave for the airport at 4:30 am.  I had planned on running last night but I got home from work and my son had volleyball and my daughter had piano and then my sister came over for a visit and then I still had a late night training session and the run was lost...........I cannot wait to run in the evening, it is too hard to get it done.

Today we ran with the BBK and did some relay/repeats.  It was a tough work out but actually a lot of fun.  We warmed up for 2.75  and then did 1 mile at tempo pace.  We then did 3 x .25 relay's with our partner on flat ground and then did 4 x .25 hill repeats and then a cooldown.  I still am slow but need to work on getting faster. We then had some cool down miles.  I am not sure on an average pace because I rest my watch and missed some of the repeats.

I know what you mean about being frustrated. I wanted to run more miles today but time didn't allow and I reallyd don't want to run later so I'll probably add tomorrow or Thurs. instead. Great job today. You ARE fast. You looked great.

You are fast---you are nuts! Way to right down the workout! I had no clue how long anything was---no Garmin! I love being garminless, not a care in the world!

Have a great day and do not worry about your miles girl! You are READY!

Great job today. I feel your frustration about yesterday my day was much the same.

Thanks for being my partner today, Jody. I thought you did great!

Weren't those relays fun? I think they totally push me, which is good--something to motivate me a litte!

Jody, Don't sweat yesterday! I think you are SO ready! There is nothing else you can do at this point but keep yourself healthy! You have already put in all the work! I am so excited to see how your first marathon experience turns out!

I agree with the others Jody. You are fast. You are such a strong runner. Great job today. I will email you that pace chart I told you about.
