Glad to be done.   Glad the stress and worry is over.   Glad to have had another great marathon experience.

I slept at Marcie's last night and we had the benefit of riding up on a shuttle with her uncle.  It was very nice to be able to wait in the van until about 1/2 hour prior to the start.  I lined up up front with Heidi, Natalie, Mike and Peggy and wished them all good luck as they took off.

Michelle M and Cheris passed me during the first mile and they were speedy.   I saw Dean about mile 3 and couldn't catch him but he had stopped and came up behind me right before mile 5.  We stayed together until about mile 15 and he was an awesome pacer!  Took me right up Veyo nice and steady and along the way.   I felt great until about mile 21 and then I got really tired - could have had a nap.    Waved hi to my mom and kids at the church and then tried really hard to finish strong.    The last couple of miles were very difficult.   Told myself no walking and was able to finish pretty strong.

I am very happy with my time and a new PR.  It was great to see everyone have such great races.

Great race and nice PR!! You deserve that PR, and you should be very happy with your time. Perhaps another Boston? If so, think of the long winter of training with the BBKs. blah.

Great race and PR. I wish I could have caught up and gotten under 3:30 (missed it by 43 seconds).
