Another treadmill run this morning. I got to the fitness ctr early and it was a little warm but cooled off during the run. I did some speed work today and divided the workout into 3 sections 1- warm up for 30 min. 2- progressive intervals with 2 min on 1 min off 3- 20 min cool down. I watched the first part of The Rookie today and yesterday it was Remember the Titans, both fantastic movies that I love. Hopefully they will continue. Ave Pace: about 9:05 Happy Running!
