Met the BBK's for our Tuesday workout. I started at 5 and did 2.75 on my own and then met up with the 5:30 crowd for another 2.75 and then we regrouped at 6 for the main workout. We did 3/4 mile and 1/2 mile repeats and then a 2 mile tempo run. By the time the tempo run came my legs were extremely fatigued and could not get any where near a true tempo pace but pushed the best I could. Ave Pace 8:49 Happy Running!
