AM:  Ran 6.6 on the hotel treadmill.  I was doing the "Newton Hill Workout" from Julie and I started out way to fast.  I finished half of it and had to get off and get ready for work.  Want to try again but smarter and slower.

PM:  Ran 3.4 on the hotel treadmill after riding the bike for 10 min while waiting.  My legs started out trashed but ended up feeling good.  I am sure my legs will be heavy and tired tomorrow.

Happy Running!
