Met the BBK for the extra mileage work out and we got a preview of the "real" workout. It was up hill, down hill, up hill, down hill...... While hills are something I need to work on, staying healthy and not further aggravating my knees is more important. I rebelled and recruited Kelli for a less hilly run. Scott came along to keep us safe and we ran on 13 west. I feel bad for missing the work out but my legs are very, very grateful! Ave pace 9:01 Happy Running!
