Met Paula this morning and I was in true recovery day mode and she ...was not. I pushed a tiny bit up the hill but other than that took it very, very easy. I am trying to be better about this.

Very nice easy day! I think I need to be like you and make sure I do easy in between group days, the group pushes me to be fast!!! Tomorrow will be EZ for me, I will be bringing up the rear!
