Today was one of the most icy runs I have ever had.  There was black ice everywhere.  We thought once we got on the main road it would be better and then once we made it to the Lake Park trail we would be fine, but there was black ice the entire time.  We took it really slow and made it home safe, but not the smartest decision.

Happy Running!

I hate running on ice because without fail, I slip and hurt my back trying to catch myself. Great work getting out though. See you tomorrow!

Yes- please be careful on the black ice- scary! Jealous you went to San Diego, hope you had time to fit in some fun while you were there. Are you coming down for Painter's?

From Jody on Wed, Jan 07, 2009 at 11:45:21

Christi, Yes I am coming down for Painters. I will be fun to see you. Have you decided whether or not you are going to do the 5K or 1/2 yet?
