PM - 7 miles. 6 + 10 x 30s uphill

Sometimes I'll use 4080S as the northern border and then it's almost exactly one mile.

Kind of a sloppy progression...some miles were 4 seconds faster than the previous mile, some were 5 seconds faster. Need you to take this more seriously.

Wow! That was great! I once dove (not nearly as dramatic ^) to a finish, only to realize there was no point. I then changed the story to "whoops, slippery track!"
