Things are trending back in the right direction. You really can't expect much more of an increase in that amount of time, especially considering I didn't do a whole lot in June.

I feel good at the moment - making gradual progress back to relevance. I wasn't feeling THAT terrible in June - but I was unraveling and knew something (a combination of several things, in hindsight) was off.

Back in the day, the BAA fed all the participants in the Boston Marathon a pre-race breakfast of steak and eggs. I think they may have been on to something.
