PM 5.25 on the TM. Avg pace was right around 7:25.
PM 5.15 on the TM around 7:35 pace.
AM Crossfit.
8.0 in 57:00 (about 7:08 avg pace) on the TM in the PM at the LC.
10.12 (avg pace around 7:50). Started at 5:30 AM and it was around 18 degrees. Ran with Mark and went up 300 West until we hit 5 and then back home. I was fine in the middle miles, but the last mile I was freezing.
