AM 9 in 1:15:55 (8:26).  Up 300 West and back.  Legs are not responding well since the race last Wednesday.  Just a slow run this morning with some aches and pains in my legs.

AM 11.10 in 1:30:41 (8:10).  Up to Ivory Ridge and back.  Feeling better, but not back to normal.

AM 10.50 in 1:24:41 (8:04).  Up to Ivory Ridge and back.  Really slow on the way up, but picked it up on the way back.

AM 7 in 59:30.  Up to the jr. high that's by the cemetery.  I've been off all week with my running.  Knees hurt, achilles hurt, no spring or pop in the legs and no energy.  Everything is slow..........slower than normal.  Hopefully it goes away soon.

AM 18 in 22:15:50 (7:33).  Started at 5:45 at movie theaters in Riverwoods.  Went 9 up and 9 down.  Did a 6 mile tempo at the end.  Wanted to hit between 6:40s and 6:50s, which is just about 10-15 seconds slower that my desired marathon goal pace.  Splits for the last six were 6:54, 48, 39, 40, 42, 46.  Finally felt good up until the tempo portion.  Got through it okay.
