6.0 in 54:00.  Ran 1.25 on my own and then met up with Ryan to run the rest.  Slow, recovery miles.  Quads are still a bit sore.

7.0 in 55:43 (7:58).  Out towards Saratoga and back.  I got marathon legs...they just don't want to move after 3-4 miles.

8.30 in 1:05:37 (7:54).  Started at about 5:30 this evening.  Went from new jr. high out to the JRP and north for a bit and then back.  Best the legs have felt since the marathon.

6.40 in 57:57 (9:03).  Ran with Ryan just in the neighborhoods around here.  Slow, but I'm fine with that cause I just ran last night as well.

7.60 in 59:03 (7:46).  Better weather than expected.  Ran up 300 West and back.  Fought the wind a bit going out, but had it helping on the way back.  Miles 5-7.60 splits: 7:14, 7:20, 7:22, 7:17 pace.  And it didn't even feel like I was pushing it much, so that's good.

15.0 in 1:58:42 (7:55).  Started alone at 5:40.  Around 30 degrees but not an ounce of wind.  Ran up 300 West then to Smiths Mktplace and then back down around my neighborhoods.  Not a good run for me.  Lots of starting and stopping (bathroom, shoe laces, etc) and never could get in a good groove.  This was probably a bit further than I should have gone, but oh well.  Thinking of doing the Provo City Half next week if I can still get in.....

 Going to lift for a while now.
