5.50 on the TM.  Lifted for 15 min. 

PM 25 min on the elliptical and 2 miles on the TM.  Legs are a bit fatigued from the long run on Saturday so everything was easy today.

7.0 in 55:32 (7:56).  Ran my old standard route with a bit added on to get to 7.  My legs have nothing to give right now.

9.0 in 1:10:06 (7:47).  Finally some descent temps and was able to get into a descent groove after the first 4 miles.  Ran up 300 W. and basically back home.  Legs still a bit sore.  Feel like I'm getting sick again, which could be contributing to some of the sluggishness.

5.85 in 47:13 (8:04).  Slow, easy run out towards my old church and back.  Feel like I'm getting more sick, but I'm glad I got out.

5.10 in 40:16 (7:54).  Another slow, easy run up Center St basically and then back home.  Feel better today than the last two days, so hopefully I'm getting over the cold.  Second run in the Nike Frees.  I like them,  but thought they would have a bit more support than what they do.

18.11 in 2:23:45 (7:56).  Ran with Mark and started around 5 this morning.  Did practically the same route as two weeks ago, only we didn't add much on.  Kept things pretty easy and relaxed for a while.  I felt good up until around 13-14.  Then I started to get light headed.  I think it was a fueling issue.  Anyways took in some more fluids and eventually felt better.  We picked up the pace a bit (7:30s) over the last several miles.  Overall, legs felt pretty good and the miles clipped by pretty fast.

Lifted for 35 minutes.
