Swam 176 laps at the L.C.  This is about 2.5 miles.  It pretty much takes me about 31 minutes to swim a mile.  I have no idea if that is really slow or what.  If I could flip turn I figure this would take some significant time off and I would be a lot faster.

I have been swimming a lot lately too, and yes, 31 minutes is FAST. You can stay in the water a lot longer than I can, good job! You should do a tri!

Bec --

I saw that you posted on this blog (sorry for the interuption Jeff) ...

What in the world Bec??? Why did you disable your blog??? What's going on??? How are you feeling??? Come back!!!

Bec - I'm assuming that since you've been in the pool a lot lately and that your blog is disabled that this means that your leg is probably not healing. Any updates lately from a doctor or anything? That's got to be frustrating.

I'm not running yet Jeff, and it's really frustrating me. I know that you are suppose to give stress fractures about 6-7 weeks to heal. It's only been 4 and my leg is feeling really weak. I have have ran two three milers on it and it's just not ready. I just need to give it time...more time than I thought.
