6.61 in 52:17. Avg pace 7:55.  I took a new route to try and mix things up and it really helped to make the run more enjoyable. Weaved over Center St. and then made my way north to Main St. Headed west until I hit 500 West and then went north for a couple blocks.  Turned and headed west until I hit 1100 West.  Ran into Melanie B. around this point.  Headed south on 1100 West all the way down to 700 South.  Headed East until I hit Center St. and then weaved my way home.  Very even splits for me as well, which is what I like to see.

Looks like you are having a better week.

Yes, so much better thankfully.

so are you coming to our FUN RUN on T-Day? Mel said she mentioned it to you. Spread the word. Even if we have a group of 5 to 10 it would be great. Josse, you are invited if you aren't in major recovery mode post MM.

Julie - Let me know time/place/etc as you find them out. I'm certainly interested.

8am T-day. Get to 700 north in AF (road below Mt. Timp temple and turn north on to 550 East. There is a large seclude park down this road about 1/2 mile. There is a newly paved parkway trail, not completely finished, might be before T-day and other older trails that follow up to Lone Peak HS. It will be a five miler with a warmup with Melanie and Kim beforehand for longer mileage.
