10 miles / from work to H.S. track. During the first couple of miles I felt really crappy and decided I was just going to struggle through 4-6 miles and call it a day. During the third mile I was feeling better so I did 1 on/1 off. 3 miles warmup @ 9:25 avg. miles 4-10 @ 8:04 avg. I ran the last 2 miles on the road back to work. 30 days in a row.
Splits: 9:47, 9:45, 8:42, 7:31, 8:31, 7:16, 9:02, 7:21, 9:15, 7:30 / 8:27 avg for the run. WT 66.5 miles

| | 10 miles in the cold wind and rain. Under dressed. Numb. From work. I didn't realize how intensely cold and numb I had gotten during the run until a few minutes after I had finished.
