6.4 miles / easy. From work. Dang hot! Easy 4 miles, then 4 x 1/4 mi. with 1/4 rest, then half mile cool down. Quarters were 1:35, 1:40, 1:41, 1:42. I just need to keep doing speed work more consistently.

11 miles / easy. From the house - LPT/cattle road loop.  Started at 6:15 AM (nice). Set out to run 6 or 7 but was feeling fit this morning so I kept going.

13.1 miles / 2:18 / 10:33 avg. My own private trail half marathon this morning. I started from my house at 6:30 AM and made the steep climb to the BST and ran south, out and back. I didn't really feel warmed up until I was headed back, but then felt really good the last 4 or 5 miles. Slowest mile was 12:31, fastest was the last mile @ 7:41 (downhill). So nice to be out early and beat the sun for the most part. A couple of cold creek crossing felt nice on the feet. A snake sighting, birds chirping, critters scurrying.
