Didn't leave myself enough time. Was a bit anxious today. Boys were a bit difficult.

Solid workout, which I was scheduled to do this morning but I actually slept in and Megan had the boys and I had a meeting and Megan had to leave for a meeting. Was very thankful to get this in and I felt a good deal better after.
