Good workout. One I programmed some time earlier this winter. Wasn't sure how it would go. Made it through, but my HR was quite high. I will likely repeat this workout midweek throughout the month of September and then move to 90' with a slight lift in pedal pressure throughout rather than using ERG mode. Felt quite good after this. I think I had a nice couch nap while the boys were napping.

Got some grading in while riding. Ready to get back outside if only once or twice a week. I really want to run too. It has been very fallish outside and I would like to enjoy some of it.

Had to cancel my PT appointment on Friday, so I imagine things will be interesting tomorrow when I go in. About another week for my follow up appointment with the surgeon.
