Good workout. One I programmed some time earlier this winter. Wasn't sure how it would go. Made it through, but my HR was quite high. I will likely repeat this workout midweek throughout the month of September and then move to 90' with a slight lift in pedal pressure throughout rather than using ERG mode. Felt quite good after this. I think I had a nice couch nap while the boys were napping.
