Lunch: 3.2 miles, averaged 12:34. HR 132.
Trying to get back to daily running and resume lower HR training. I was going to do 3 days of running with a midweek workout but I think I need more of a base, especially with 10-14 hours a week of cycling.
Landed a freelance editing job today so I don't feel like such a deadbeat. Thursday Night Dirt tonight (I have been out the last three weeks or so).

Warmish, but probably seasonable. Decided on B group and even that was too much by the end. My HR was very high even riding over, so I knew it wouldn't be a good day for fast riding. Rode home in the dark. My headlight gave out about 2 miles from home, but I was able to use my iPhone to get me the rest of the way.
Pretty disappointed overall with my bike fitness, so I might switch back to 3 days of riding but an overall time of 9+ hours and just do short, low HR doubles for running. I keep flinging crap against the wall hoping something will stick.
