Aborted long run due to digestive issues. Should have just gone when I got up as planned, but I thought it would be sensible to get some work out of the way. I didn't seem to get much checked off the list, but oh well.
Set up my new Polar watch to test it. I should have used an old watch as the settings were off and threw me a bit.
