Old Standby, classic version - 5.1 miles, averaged 7:57 w/ 4-5 strides Hit the last .10 at 5k pace (with a quick traffic dodge onto the sidewalk), but I got up to 4:50 and it felt fairly controlled. With all the aerobic running my form has gotten a bit sloppy. More strides needed and an occasional, very short interval session as the marathon buildup progresses.
