PM: 15' WU on treadmill. HR 128.
+ Ancillary session. Hips and glutes w/ pushups and pullups between exercises.
Treadmill needs a good cleaning and lubrication. I underestimated the amount of maintainence these things would take. I think if I had to do it over again, I'd spend 2-3 times as much on a refurbished Woodway. Probably would hit my head on the floor joists though.
