Did my first session over FTP in some time. 4' intervals with equal recovery. Not difficult. Just some to bring some tension to the legs.
The boys' first birthday. They woke up early (4:00ish) for bottles and then went back to bed until a bit after 8.
PM: 4 miles w/ Megan and the boys, averaged 10:16. HR 137.
We had a good day with the boys. We did presents and a cupcake (again).
