AM: North side - 4 miles, averaged 8:02. Did some strides.

PM: North side 7.75 miles, averaged 7:32. Angry running. Had a car slow down and some folks harass me, so I told them what a piece of crap they were when I chased them to their house. Had someone else make a comment, so I gave her a nice nickname as well. To top it all off, I thought I ran 4.25 miles this morning, but should have run 8 this afternoon to make an even 12. What luck!

You had me laughing on this one Jason. Even though at the time I know you weren't laughing. :)

I put in an extra .18 miles so you can borrow that. It gets you a little closer.

Thanks, Matt. I was cussing throughout the whole neighborhood. Even when you threaten people they still laugh, so it really is best to ignore them. Although I have contemplated yelling ridiculous things while people are sitting on their porches or grilling. It would be no less random.

It kind of ruins your run. I for some reason know the feeling. At least you know the guy grilling probably can't catch you if you start yelling at them.

I still don't get what possesses people to yell at runners. One of life's mysteries.

I had a guy in a car scream at me once, but I was @ 19 miles deep in a run. I barely noticed. Sorry about your night, but Running and Swearing is a funny image!

You should have seem me sprint after them! 4:43 according to my Garmin was my peak pace. And that was cruising speed. I have a few more gears (not many, but 2, possibly 3).

those [jerks] messed with the wrong runner. nice job with the 4:43 angry pace.
