Steady easy to moderate to uptempo short run. HR monitor dropped for a little while.
PM: 34.5-mile ride. HR 168.
Hard effort. Got dropped but gave it some welly solo and caught back up and got dropped again. 19.7 MPH and 20.2 MPH for the loop. My upper hamstrings/glutes are shredded. I have some frozen chicken breasts on them.
