Noon: 5.5 miles on the treadmill in 65’ (just under 12’ pace). HR 120.
Did some captain’s chair work after for my hip.
Didn’t want to get up and didn’t want to run, but for some reason running at the gym sounded good, so I loaded a few podcasts and went. Kept it extremely easy so that I would stay at or under 120. Took in some fluids as hydration levels are still a mess.
PM: 5.2 miles, averaged 10:06. HR 139.
