If you ever finish dossing around at school, you can get a job as a rotund Riley Cook impersonator:)

Does my new singlet make me look fat?

Good luck with the workout tomorrow! What's the plan?

Thanks, Matt. 10 miles around 7:30ish pace, the a 10-13.1 mile tempo. Shooting for 6:38-6:45 pace. Not sure my legs will go for it, but we will find out!

Sounds like a great plan. i have a somewhat similar workout planned as my last one for Sunday. Have fun!

Sounds like a great workout. I'd suggest that you try to run the last 3-4 miles a tad faster than mp - a tad being 5-8 secs per mile faster.

This will help you in the final miles of your marathon; you'll find, so long as you don't go off too fast in the race, that you'll finish strongly. You'll be teaching the body to access lipid when you're tired. If you bonk in the last mile or so, that's no big deal, in fact, that's what should happen.

Good luck with it. Oh yeah, you don't look fat in your new singlet; you look gorgeous.
