Pm: 10 miles mod effort in 59:59. Not bad for being way out of shape. 91 degrees out but still felt good to hit the pavement hard. No warmup really with first mile in 6:06. One mile cool down.

Nooner: 15 mile longer run. Died towards the end. Dehydrated and a bit tired from yesterday . Good to get the miles in though.

Noonish: 14 miles from Olmos park around Alamo heights area. 9 with Matt Will and some grass loops/trails. Awesome fall day out. Blue sky, sunny, and low 70s! Perfection!
