Am: 12 miles around the hood for a late morning ruling into noon. 

Pm: 6 stroller miles at drury.

Am: woke up and took Jax for an 8 mile morning run. Nice and humid out, around 75 degrees the whole run. Felt good to get up and get going. 

Pm: 7 more at lifetime fitness.

Nooner: 14 hot miles for the MWLR. Out on the salado trail. Nice out and back. Just brutal out. Brought the small camelbak today and it was what saved me. Good strength run physically but especially mentally

PM: 10 more in the heat. Mixed in a 10k race. ran 35:08, nice and hot out. Not the greatest course, conditions, but good workout regardless. Moving in that direction.
