long run today 15.3 miles in 1:47:32, 7:02 avg pace - felt very strong throughout the run and my splits stayed fairly even whether I was going uphill or downhill, fastest mile of the run was 15 - 6:50
2 mile warmup, then tempo run, 6:01, 6:04, 5:54, 5:58, 5:58 then 5:58 pace for the last .15 or so before I called it quites, hit the 5 miles in 29:53 so a very good tempo for me, 10.2 total
