| really good run this afternoon, hit every mile between 6:53 and 7:10, not a huge spread, the pace felt extraordinarily easy and my heart rate was super steady according to the garmin report, a nice benchmark for my fitness so far this year - probably taking tomorrow off to give my hernia area a break - i can feel it this week, probably because of the jump in mileage after the illness - good week on 5 days though - almost equal to last week in 6
