speedwork today, felt pretty decent, although it was a tough workout. mile warmup and then 7x800s in 2:41, 2:39, 2:40, 2:40, 2:40, 2:42, 2:40, then 2x400 in 79 and 76. 2:20 rest after the first 3, then a few at 2:30, then some equal rest, 1:20 between the two 400s, ran 2.4 cooldown, tired now, but good workout
