long run turned into a nightmare today - very humid (Iowa summers) and so I thought I could still go long, felt fine through 8 then started to hurt, at 12 stopped to adjust my shirt which I had taken off and was bouncing around tucked in to my shorts and just couldnt ever get back into a rythym after. To top it off I started to get a migraine at that point to - somehow found a way to get home (was still 3-4 miles away at that point) - running can still humble you sometimes and today I got mine
