speedwork today, even though my legs are kinda toast from this mileage this week, wanted to get some turnover on tired legs to practice that feeling, was planning on 8 800s, ended up doing 6 with 2:20-2:40 recovery (jogged 400) then did 2 400s after with 1:20 break each, splits were 2:46 (rusty), 2:43, 2:41, 2:43, 2:42, 2:43, then 80 and 79 for the 4's, cooled down for 2.7 or so, rest day tomorrow, legs need it, 71 miles in the last 7 days
