good run tonight, was going to go 5k or so hard, but stopped unexpectedly again at 2.6, was at 15:14, 5:51 avg pace, was 5:53 first mile, 5:58 second mile, then the .6 was decently paced, did a hard mile after jogging .4, the mile was downhill, but it was pretty hard pace, 5:25 right on, then did some pickups later on, 8.6 total today
