some speedwork today, was wanting to hit 3x1000 in 3:35-3:40 and i did that. Am pretty happy with how much fitness I carried over to this cycle. I set my watch to km and did one on one off, kind of like a fartlek, here are my ons: 3:39, 3:35, 3:34, then I did two 400s at harder pace hit 80 and 82 seconds each. 6.3 total mileage
