really got after it today. Did 12x400 while running repeatedly faster each set. The first set my goals were 80, 78, 76, 74, then 2nd set goals were 78, 76, 74, 72, then 3rd set, 76, 74, 72, 70. I was very close each time and hit all of my reps with an average of 74-76. Total time added up was 15:04 for 3 miles which translates to 5:01 pace. Each set ended up like this: 1- 5:09 2- 5:01 3- 4:54 So, all totaled, I hit my reps in the times I wanted.took around 1:15 walking recovery between each rep and around 1:45 between the set (mile) breaks. Felt really good about today's workout and hope that it translates to some fast race times.
