mixed bag tonight. did a tempo, got 5k in and stopped, just too beat. 6:11, 6:09, 6:11 + 39, 19:10 avg pace, right around 6:10 pace, felt like a decent effort, but slow times, probably some lingering soreness from the marathon. on my 1st cool down, stopped at the local track and decided to run an 800, 2:48, so that was a little better to have some pop in the legs, switched out my shoes for the final 3 miles of the cooldown to my new ones to break them in
