Overall, today was one of the best workouts I've ever had. I ran 16 with a fast finish and pulled it off flawlessly. Very happy with how it turned out. Weather was good cuz there was no wind, it was a little cold tho, around 30 degrees. Splits:

- 7:14.9

- 7:12.3

- 7:15.8

- 7:16.1

- 7:18.6

- 7:17.1

- 7:20.1

- 7:13.6 (58:08, 7:16 pace)

- 7:11.5

- 7:20.5

- 7:16.1

- 7:09.5

- 6:43.0

- 6:45.1

- 6:53.5

- 6:43.7

TOTAL-- 1:54:11. 7:08 avg pace

Overall, super happy with this run. My negative split was huge. First 8 miles were 58:08, 2nd 8 miles were 56:03, negative split of -2:05. Last 4 miles (my fast finish) were run in 27:04, 6:46 avg pace, not a bad way to end the run!
