AM - 8 Twix/AC. A little more with Twix after a short walk and then practice. Felt mostly better, but still a bit twisted in the stomach. Abs. (Peg Green 434.25)
afternoon - 9 River Trail. Did a short long run with some specific mile paces at certain times. It was a good workout. The last little bit was troublesome on the stomach, so 2450 called. (Peg NOP 126)
