AM - 11.5 Turkey Farm.  Used an extra 15 minutes of sleep and missed out on taking the dog a little this morning.  Really needed it, though, after the long drive and bad sleep the last couple nights.  Run was good.  Just a bit tired.  (Peg NOP 51.25)

afternoon - 7 Shinob Trail.  Not up the mountain, but around the base.  Got to do a little better at keeping up on the blog so I remember which shoes I was wearing.

morning - 10.5 River Trail.  A brisk pace with the team and Carson and CB.  It was good to see those guys and catch up with Carson.  Some might say that our guys were just caught up in showing off for the college guys, but that is just usual - a few need to just chill a bit.  Ave was around 6:30 throughout and I could tell by the end.  Followed it up with a long, but good day at the car wash.  (Levitate 74.25)
