morning - 12.5 SLC. Ran with the varsity up at Sugarhouse Park on the State course. Warmed up for two and then as they hit their workout, I hit 5.5 at tempo - right around 5:45 pace, not bad for the grass. Then we ran down 13th for a 3 mile cool down to the park the JV was racing at, getting there just in time to watch the girls. Since I had my watch on, I decided to measure how much I run while coaching a race - for just two races (both JV teams), I ran over 1 1/2 miles, most of it pretty quick, with breaks of course. (Ohana racers 582.75) Not a bad week I guess. By today, I felt pretty good. Goals for next week: maybe enjoy a marathon a little.
