My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
10 - Wendy's. Foot feeling a little better
2 - w/team ran out to watch team do Fire Station hills
8 - 5 x miles @ pace - felt a lot better than last week

7 - 800's x 5 - felt good and fast

Green Valley loop - felt tired at the end
(this is when I decided to switch directions for this run next time).
No run today - had to rest foot
I remember my foot had been giving me A LOT of pain at this time.
