My perfect day would include a run through the desert, time with my wife and girls, tasty homemade meals, and a nice nap in the middle.
Junction - took it easy to work out knots.
3.5 w/ team Fire Station hills with team x 4
5 on treadmill
5 w/ team - Parkway
4.5 treadmill 2x800's supposed to do 3 but started feeling very sick (overheated)
decided to take the rest of the week off to help with the Plantar Fasciitis.
Since this was a rest/recovery week I thought this would be a great time to try and get it feeling better.
